§ 30-1081. Rules and regulations.

The department of health shall make and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the issuance and renewal of licenses under this article; for the proper maintenance and operation of private nursing, rest or convalescent homes; and for the visitation, examination and inspection of such homes.
