§ 30-893. Requirements when less than whole room used for market.

  • A private market may occupy the whole or any part of a building but, when a market occupies only a part of a room, the whole room shall conform entirely to the provisions of this article, irrespective of what use is made of the other portions of the room. This requirement shall not apply to existing markets or alterations for which a building permit was acquired prior to May 28, 1932.
