§ 30-848. Obstruction of department.

It shall be unlawful for any person in any way connected with any laundry or clothes cleaning establishment in any manner to obstruct, hinder or interfere with any officer of the department of health in the full discharge of his duties under this article or to refuse or withhold any information he may desire to obtain relative to the sanitary management and arrangements.
