§ 30-846. Inspection fee.

The department of health shall collect from the owner or manager of each laundry and clothes cleaning establishment the sum of $1.00 for each monthly inspection which shall not go into or become part of the general funds of the city, but shall be used solely to defray the cost of inspection.
