§ 30-838. Construction, drainage of floor.

It shall be unlawful for any person conducting, maintaining or operating a laundry or clothes cleaning establishment within the city to wash or permit to be washed any clothing or article of cloth in any room the floor of which is not constructed of cement and drained into the public sewer.
