§ 30-691. Required; display; temporary establishments.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a food service establishment within the city who does not possess a valid permit issued to him by the department of health. Only a person who complies with the requirements of this article shall be entitled to receive and retain such a permit.

    (b)

    Permits shall be posted conspicuously in every food service establishment.

    (c)

    Permits for temporary food service establishments shall be issued for a period of time not to exceed 14 days.
