§ 30-658. Price lists required.

Every keeper or owner of a restaurant, eating house or other place where wines and dishes of food are sold shall provide his customers in such restaurant or eating house with a plainly written or printed list of the wines and dishes of food he has for sale and the price he charges for each bottle of wine and dish of food.
