§ 30-533. Application fee.

Any person desiring to obtain a permit to act as an escort shall make application to the director of the department of finance for an escort permit. A fee of $250.00 made payable to the city shall accompany the submission of an application to defray the costs of investigation and administration before and after the issuance of a permit.
