§ 30-506. Sale or transfer.

Latest version.

Upon the sale or transfer of any interest in an escort service, the license therefor shall be null and void. Any person desiring to continue to operate such escort service following sale or transfer shall make application therefor pursuant to sections 30-501 through 30-505.
