§ 30-407. Revocation or suspension of permit.

The council shall suspend or revoke any permit granted under the provisions of this article upon its own motion or upon complaint being made to the council that any endless chain is not being fairly or honestly conducted or that methods are being used in connection therewith which are dishonest or unfair or which are calculated to or may mislead the public.
