§ 30-360. Sleeping in bakery not permitted.

No person shall sleep in a bakery, and sleeping places of the persons employed in a bakery shall be separate from the rooms where flour or meal or food products are handled or stored. If the sleeping places are on the same floor as the bakery the department of health shall require them to be maintained in a thoroughly sanitary condition.
