§ 30-773. Enforcement; schedule.

(a)

For the year 1990, rate schedules required by this article for hotels and motels shall be posted in all hotels and motels and shall be furnished to the director of the department of finance no later than May 31, 1990. The director of the department of finance is authorized to establish appropriate rules and regulations necessary for the enforcement of this article.

(b)

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the issuance of a summons rather than by arrest.
