§ 30-266. Capping, etc., prohibited.

No person shall:
(1)

Act at any sale by public outcry provided for in this article as a purchaser or what is commonly known as a "capper," "booster," or "shill";

(2)

Place or offer to place any false offer; or

(3)

Offer to buy or pretend to buy any article sold or offered for sale by public outcry.
