§ 30-170. Capping, etc., prohibited.

No person shall:
(1)

Act at any auction sale provided for herein as a bidder or what is commonly known as a "capper," "booster" or "shill";

(2)

Place or offer to place any false bid; or

(3)

Offer to buy or pretend to buy any article sold or offered for sale by auction.
