§ 30-168. Inventory number to be announced.

At any auction to be conducted pursuant to this article, the auctioneer shall, prior to offering the goods for sale, announce in a loud, clear voice, the identifying inventory number of each article and shall again, immediately after it is sold, announce its identifying number and state the amount for which the item was sold.
