§ 30-101. Not applicable to certain types of auction.

This article shall not apply to judicial sales or sales by executors or administrators nor to sales by or on behalf of licensed pawnbrokers of unredeemed pledges in the manner provided by law. This article shall not apply to sales at public auction of those articles mentioned in section 30-102 if they have been used or constitute part of household goods or personal property immediately prior to being offered for auction and have not become the stock of any merchant, wholesaler or retailer, just prior to their being offered for sale and are being sold for the account of their private owner.
