§ 30-65.11. Permit expiration.

A permit for any wireless facility shall be valid for as long as the term of the permittee's respective franchise agreement, unless pursuant to another provision of this Code it lapses sooner or is revoked. At the end of term of the franchise agreement, unless permittee receives a new franchise agreement or the term of the agreement is extended, such permit shall expire.
