§ 30-2. Transfer of location of license during license year.

The director of the department of finance may transfer from one location to another location a city license issued for any year if the same business is conducted thereunder in the new location and if the person applying for such transfer is the same person to whom the license was originally issued. The business' new operations shall satisfy all requirements of the comprehensive zoning ordinance, the building code, the mechanical code and the electrical code before the license can be transferred.
