§ 2-1105. Stormwater fee-in-lieu of compliance.

Subject to the submittal and approval provisions provided in the Building Code of the City of New Orleans, there shall be a fee-in-lieu rate of $44.00 per cubic foot of required storage for properties that do not physically comply with the Stormwater Code of the City of New Orleans. The appropriate amount of this fee shall be calculated by the department of safety and permits. This fee shall be amended as needed to account for inflation and any new data that provides for improved costs.
