All ordinances, motions, resolutions and amendments thereto shall include a space
for a roll call vote. Following final consideration of an ordinance, motion or resolution
by the council, including its amendments, if any, the clerk of council shall indicate
the names of councilmembers voting for or against or absent at the roll call on the
legislation. The clerk of council shall prescribe the format for including the roll
call vote on an ordinance, motion, resolution, and amendments thereto.
