§ 2-403. Collect reimbursement for costs associated with use of council chamber after hours.

When the clerk of the council authorizes use of the city council chamber after regular working hours by a city government agency which is supported by funds other than the city's general fund, or by a state or federal government agency pursuant to the provisions of regulation 7 of the council's rules and regulations, the clerk shall collect from the user agency an amount sufficient to reimburse the city for the cost of the sound technician needed to operate the sound system for the user agency. The reimbursement shall be based upon the rates contained in the then-current contract between the city and the sound technician.
