§ 2-352. Execution.
Latest version.
When a bond is required to be given in favor of the city or any officer or department of the city, such bond shall be signed and executed before a city notary, appointed as such pursuant to the provisions of section 4-404 of the Charter. A city notary shall deliver, free of charge, a duly authenticated copy of each bond executed before him.
