§ 2-926.1. Conditions of certain short term leases.

The lease of city-owned immovable property for a period of less than a year, where the rent is in excess of $100.00 per month, and which together with a previous lease, will total more than a year, must be approved by motion of the city council prior to execution by the mayor.
