§ 2-896. Exemptions.

The provisions of this division shall not apply to a vehicle owned or leased by the city assigned specifically to each elected official of the city for his use. Eight-passenger vehicles used by bodyguards or drivers for the mayor and council shall be exempt from the provisions of this division.
