§ 26-413. Temporary approval.

Temporary clinics provided in conjunction with subsection 26-411(1) above shall not require city council approval.

Temporary clinics provided in conjunction with subsections 26-411(2) and (3) shall require approval by city council motion and shall be limited to a maximum of one year at a particular location. Extension of this time period for a maximum of one additional year shall require rereview and approval by city council motion.
