§ 26-576. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Downtown development district means the area defined as downtown development district by R.S. 33:2740.3.

Hotel means as defined in M.C.S., Ordinance Number 4,264, as amended, the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city.

Motel means a motel, motor court, tourist court or motor lodge as defined in M.C.S., Ordinance Number 4,264, as amended, the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city.
