§ 26-121. Penalties; certain violations.

Violators of this article shall, upon conviction or plea of guilty be punished as follows:
(1)

The first conviction of a violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50.00 or more than $100.00;

(2)

The second conviction of a violation shall be punishable by a fine of $100.00; and

(3)

Each subsequent conviction of a violation shall be punishable by a fine of $100.00 and imprisonment of no less than five days and no more than 90 days.
