§ 26-114. Plumbing required where sewerage system exists.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, empty, introduce or discharge into any open or subsurface drain or into any pipe therewith connected, in any part of the city where sewerage exists or where sewerage connections can be and are required by law to be made, anything whatsoever, whether liquid, semiliquid or solid, taken or coming from any water closet, urinal, cuspidor, sink tank or stable or anything foul, obnoxious, harmful or deleterious to health or to cause or permit any such thing to be done by any other person.
