§ 26-8. Violations of conditions contained in the council motion.

The applicant shall obtain the necessary permits to meet conditions or provisos stated by the council motion within 18 months from the date of the motion, or longer as deemed necessary and provided by the council motion. The department of safety and permits shall not issue permits that are inconsistent with the council motion and shall have the ability to enforce the conditions or provisos stated therein.
