§ 22-226. Powers generally.

The zoning board of appeals and adjustment of the city is hereby authorized to act as the board of appeals hereunder and to exercise the following powers:
(1)

To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the owner in the enforcement of this article;

(2)

To hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of this article upon which such board may be required to pass by subsequent ordinances; and

(3)

To hear and decide specific variances under sections 22-201 and 22-202.
