§ 22-167. Administration.

The owner is hereby designated the administrative agency charged with the duty of administering and enforcing the regulations prescribed in this article. The duties of the owner shall include that of hearing and deciding all permits under sections 22-201 and 22-202, but the owner shall not have or exercise any of the powers or duties herein delegated to the board of appeals.
