§ 22-98. Discrimination against persons.
Latest version.
No taxicab owner or operator shall discriminate against any person or group of persons (cab load) due to race, creed, sex, national origin or physical handicap. No operator shall be allowed to operate at this facility unless in conformity with this rule.
