§ 22-51. Permanent physical improvements.

The aviation board shall each year submit to the city planning commission, on or before August 15th, a list of all expenditures for permanent physical improvements it is making or proposes to make during the succeeding five years for inclusion in the capital program and capital budget; provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to restrict the board's authority to make expenditures from its revolving fund for maintenance and renewal and replacement purposes on aviation properties under its administration in accordance with section 22-49.
