§ 22-47. Revolving fund.

(a)

There is hereby established a revolving fund, in accordance with section 6-208 of the charter of the city, to be designated as the "Revolving Fund of the New Orleans Aviation Board" into which money shall be paid and which shall be administered as hereinafter set forth.

(b)

All funds on hand on the effective date of the ordinance from which this section was derived in the "City of New Orleans Aviation Board Account," created by Ordinance No. 15,839 C.C.S., and all revenues accruing on and after that date from the operations of the municipal airports and aviation facilities, including all concessions and other operations located on any property of the city dedicated to the airport and other aviation purposes, shall be placed in the fund established by this section and deposited to the account of such fund in a bank which has been designated as a city depository in accordance with the procedure set forth in the city charter.
