§ 22-40. Operation of airports, etc.

The aviation board shall have the custody of and shall be charged with the administration, operation and maintenance of all municipally owned airports or other aviation facilities, including particularly the New Orleans International Airport (Moisant Field) in Jefferson Parish, and any further airports or aviation facilities, which may hereafter be constructed, operated and maintained by the city under authority of law.
