§ 18-38. Interference with director or society.

(a)

Any person who shall hinder, molest or interfere with the director or the society in the performance of any function authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a violation of this section.

(b)

When called upon, the police are to assist the director or the society in the enforcement of this chapter.
