§ 170-602. Authority for inspections; refusal to permit.

Any officer, representative or agent of the department of health may inspect any vessel within the Port of New Orleans, upon presentation of proper appointment from the department of health, in order to enforce the provisions of this article and any officer in charge of such vessel who refuses such inspection shall be subject to the penal provisions hereof.
