§ 170-114. Invalidity of any provisions.

Latest version.

If any provision or item of this article, or the application thereof, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions, items or applications of this article which can be given effect without the invalidated provisions, items or applications. To this end the provisions of this article are hereby declared severable.
