§ 166-123.1. Failure to correct defects after knowledge thereof.
Latest version.
Failure of the owner, or the other proper person having legal custody of the structure or building, to correct the defects as outlined in section 166-121 after knowledge of the existence of such defects has been brought to their attention, shall constitute a violation of this article and shall be punishable as provided in section 1-13.
