§ 166-77. General prohibition of miscellaneous signs.

The display of signs of a miscellaneous character visible from the public streets, highways and alleys within the Vieux Carré section of the city, except as otherwise provided in this article, and according to the rules and regulations herein provided for, is prohibited.
