§ 166-38. Citation procedures.

Pursuant to the enforcement of the restrictions of this article, the department of police is hereby authorized to grant enforcement and citation powers to the inspectors of the Vieux Carré Commission for the purposes of obtaining compliances with this article only. Such powers of the Vieux Carré Commission inspectors shall be in addition to the normal enforcement and citation powers of the department of police.
