§ 162-1709. TNC driver registry

(a)

A TNC shall maintain a registry of all employed or contracted TNC drivers. The registry shall include the following information for every employed or contracted TNC driver:

(1)

Full name;

(2)

Date of birth;

(3)

Louisiana driver's license number;

(4)

Louisiana motor vehicle registration number of vehicle that will be used to provide TNC services or Louisiana license plate number of vehicle that will be used to provide TNC services; and

(5)

Active dates of employment or contracts.

(b)

A TNC shall electronically update its registry with the department of safety and permits on the first day of each month and upon request. Registries must be furnished to the department of safety and permits within 24 hours of such request. Failure to provide such information or update its TNC driver registry shall be grounds for the suspension or revocation of a TNC permit.
