§ 162-1655. Established fares.

For distances up to and including six city blocks, each pedicab company shall set its fare schedule at a rate not to exceed $5.00 per passenger transported; each subsequent city block of transport may incur an additional fare of up to $1.00 per passenger. After having exceeded the first six city blocks, and in the event that a portion equal to roughly one-half of one city block is traveled, the operator shall be permitted to charge an additional $0.50 based upon his/her discretion.
