§ 162-1652. Violation; penalty.

A violation by a pedicab line of any regulations set forth in this article shall result in a fine to the violator of not more than $500.00 per violation, to be determined by the Director of the Department of Safety and Permits pursuant to a hearing in accordance with R.S. 49:951 et seq.
