§ 162-1650. Identification of vehicles.

(a)

A pedicab operated under the provisions of this article shall conform in all respects to the color scheme as set forth for the registered trade name under which it is to be operated. In addition, the vehicle's registered certificate number assigned by the ground transportation bureau and the telephone number of the pedicab company shall be permanently affixed to the vehicle as prescribed by the bureau.

(b)

The full name of the owner of each for-hire carrier vehicle operated as a pedicab and the number of the vehicle's certificate shall be conspicuously affixed to the vehicle in letters and figures at least two inches high in a location to be determined by the bureau. Proof of the for-hire vehicle renewal certificate shall appear inside the pedicab in a manner also to be determined by the bureau in accordance to the provisions herein.
