§ 162-1646. Pedicab and for-hire vehicle waiting areas.

Pedicabs shall be prohibited from parking on sidewalks and all street parking of pedicabs shall be in adherence to current parking laws. While waiting for a fare, the operator of a pedicab shall not restrict the free movement of pedestrians. All loading and unloading of passengers from a roadway must be from a curb lane. The pedicab should be as close as possible to the curb and in no circumstances more than three feet from the curb while parked and while loading and unloading a passenger.
