§ 162-1582. Response time.

A tow zone licensee shall be required to reach the scene of a wreck or a disabled vehicle within 45 minutes of receiving a dispatch call from the department of police unless traffic conditions or other mitigating circumstance beyond the control of the licensee create a delay in responding.
