§ 162-1535. Hours of operation.

(a)

Tow truck service. Each zone licensee shall respond at any and all times to a request from the department of police.

(b)

Storage facilities. Each zone licensee shall be able under any circumstance to provide release of stored vehicles within 24 hours immediately following the time of initial deposit of such vehicle at the storage facility. Storage facilities shall be staffed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during which hours vehicles must be released within one hour of a request and by appointment from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
