§ 162-1437. Renewal of certificate.

Each tow zone certificate in good standing shall be renewable annually during the term of the tow zone license by the superintendent of police provided that:
(1)

The vehicle has been inspected by the department of police and met inspection criteria.

(2)

The licensee meets all other requirements set forth in this article and by the superintendent of police.
