§ 162-1435. Delinquency penalty.

There shall be a penalty of $1.00 per day of delinquency whenever a vehicle is not submitted to the superintendent of police during the months listed in the schedule of the department of police, not to exceed a total penalty fine of $10.00. There shall be a charge of $2.00 for each duplicate vehicle inspection certificate issued.
